BeneEsse online coaching is led by a passionate power couple Nathan and Sabrina. With over 12 years’ experience in the fitness industry, they help transform lives both in person and remotely using their revolutionary app. They have helped 100’s of people lead inspired and active lives (see success stories). Basically, for the cost of a single in person training session, you have access to a qualified coach for an entire month!
BeneEsse online coaching programs work on theories of behavioural change and emphasize personalization. There are no pre-set plans or templates. No workouts or diets are assigned until at least the consultation and assessments are completed.
Have you ever tried a fad diet? Did it work? Probably not… Individualized training and nutrition allows us to consider your body, level of expertise and lifestyle factors to create a program built for your success, and then provide coaching to help you achieve your goals. If healthy and fitness is not customized to you, who is it built for?
BeneEsse’s coaching is for all levels of expertise and is goal dependent. Our programs have shown great success with beginners, and people who may not feel comfortable exercising in a gym setting. If you ever have any questions, contact us and we’re happy to answer your questions.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in BeneEsse coaching programs. On the other end of the spectrum, you’re never too old to get into great shape and become healthier.
If you are new to training or have any existing injuries, the only thing we ask is for you to inform us prior to starting the program during the assessment phase. If for any reason we can’t work with your injuries, we’ll let you know before beginning the program.
All programs have a minimum three month commitment; however we will only charge you on a month by month basis. We are so confident in our fitness system that we offer a risk-free 2 week FREE trial. This will give you full confidence in knowing you can rock and achieve the 3-month commitment. We accept PayPal and e-transfer payments.
Yes, of course. And you can also specify if you would like to work with Sabrina or Nathan, if you have a gender preference for your coach.
No. BeneEsse specializes in creating home bodyweight workouts utilizing your body weight alone. If you have access to equipment we can customize your program to what you have, adding equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, skipping ropes, and/or bands. We can also create gym workouts and travel workouts while you’re on the go.
BeneEsse’s nutrition coaching begins with us reviewing a 3 day meal log which we ask you to complete. Based on a thorough review of your log we create a 12 week meal plan that includes three phases. The nutrition plan is meant to create new habits one day at a time. We don’t believe in fad diets, we want to help you achieve long lasting results while fuelling your body for optimal day to day performance.
